What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage and
grow our B2B client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client
communication, account coordination, and ensuring seamless execution between internal
teams and external stakeholders.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling client
interactions independently.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day communication with B2B clients
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
● Ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client requirements
● Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, sales) for timely delivery
● Track account performance and share regular updates with clients
● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
● Maintain reports and dashboards using basic Excel functions
● Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
● 2–3 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing (B2B experience
preferred)
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Basic proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, data tracking, basic formulas)
● Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
● Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
● Prior experience in a tech-enabled environment is a plus
